An Air Shower Interlocking System keeps cleanrooms and sterile spaces free from contamination. It uses strong air jets to clean surfaces, humans or anything that passes through and has a locking system to stop the entry and exit doors from opening at the same time. This clean room setup with two doors helps to keep the air inside sterile by eliminating tiny particles in the process.
The interlocking system uses electronic controls to manage who can go through the doors. When someone goes in and the first door shuts, both doors stay locked. Then fast-moving air jets start up to blow off any dirt. The exit door unlocks after this cleaning is done. This lets people enter the clean area without making it dirty.
